1. Package rates do not include airline tickets, annoying or other certificate charges.
2. More than 2 children (less than 12 years) are adjusted without extra bedding in the parent's room if the extra bed is needed, then your hotel will be charged.
3.  Children with over 12 years or separate bedding children will be charged at full adult rate.
4.  In order to start the visa approval and hotel booking process, an original passport or passport copy is required as well as 50% package payment.
5. You are recommended to advise in advance of 7-15 days in regular time and in relation to your choice, in relation to Ramadan (and key dates) to sync relevant airline booking and hotel booking dates. 10 to 25 days advance notice.
6.  This package will be for the total duration of the stay and the passengers will not be allowed under their arrangements.

15.  Airlines returns to get visas are subject to airline approval and charges, if applicable through the relevant airline. 
16. Airline tights will be subject to the charges applied by the relevant airline according to any changes in routing or flight dates.
17.  In terms of changing the rules and regulations by the Government and Handling Agent, these terms and Conditions are subject to change without notice.
18. Please advise travel and culture services, only serves as an agent, to facilitate services with hotel, ground handling agents visa issued agents and its other officials. We will not be responsible for the lack of services provided by any unusual reason, disaster, war or God's action.
